I think it’s great when celebrities all of a sudden come out with a homemade porno. It’s usually when the hype of themselves has lowered and they need a boost to get people talking about them again. The latest celeb is Kendra Wilinson from The Girls Next Door. I personally LOVE her and I can’t help but watch her show on E!. I used to watch The Girls Next Door BECAUSE of her so I think it’s awesome that Vivid is releasing a homemade porn of hers.

The deal is that her ex held onto the tape after they had a sour breakup and waited for her career to heighten before he handed over to Vivid and made a deal. At first, Kendra wanted nothing to do with it, hired a lawyer and was trying to prevent it from being released. After meeting with Vivid and finding out how much money she could make on the release, she cashed in on the deal! The reason I’m posting this (other then thinking she’s adorable) is because I can’t believe people are bashing her for cashing in on the video! It’s JUST a video and yes it will haunt her but $100,000 is A LOT of money! I’m not a money hungry bitch but she’s trying to get her name back in the tabloids so why not make some dough in the process. Maybe porn has jaded me a bit and that’s why I think she should totally go for it but what are YOUR thoughts? If you were a celebrity would you cash in? Or would you go tell them to go fuck themselves and fight it? It just seems that so many celebrities are seeing how much they can benefit from having a homemade sex tape randomly surface. It’s moments like these that it seems like porn is getting closer and closer to mainstream! C’mon now, everyone fucks and has their own sex tapes! I just don’t get why people have to be so uptight about it. It’s JUST sex!!!

Hmmmmm should celebrities cash in….well I guess that depends on the celebrity and where they see their career going, look at Paris Hilton..yes sorry for bringing her up, but look at how her popularity soared after her sex tape came out. But on the flip side of that, I hear that Kendra’s hubby is not happy about it at all and it may end their marriage, so when you look at that side of it, the more personal side of these so called celeb sex tapes well then you might have to ask is $100,000 worth losing your marriage???? You’re totally right. When you do look at the personal side of things, no, $100, 000 is not worth ruining a marriage and more importantly, their new family. However, girls that aren’t in deep with relationships and families and are only into themselves, I’m sure $100,000.
I heard that about Kendra’s hubby too and I really hope they work it out and make the right decision. I know it’s just a show but they seem really happy together and it would be a shame to see one of the better Hollywood couples be ruined over something silly like a sex tape. We’ll just have to wait and see

OK here is my few Euro’s worth… One thing I always think first off is PR – sometimes things are staged and you don’t realize it… I’m talking about her fighting it and not wanting it to be seen to begin with. Personally, I think this is a PR stunt (call me cynical) and if she cashes in, then more power to her. Likewise, in terms of her husband (a nice guy, but not a game-maker in the NFL in terms of greatness), he should have expected that something like this might be out there given what she did for a living. The money is worth it, as her husband may not have a long career in the NFL (though he has the personality and talent for commentary – and good charisma).
As to would I buy this video? No. I agree with Khristy – Cass and Sierra are fucking way hotter!
